# Outline

There will be 4 modules - each with an different functionality
the modules will have js fcts and SCSS formatting in separate SCSS files for each module and be independent of each other
 - teh main.scss file will compile the scss files and place the CSS in the file main.css

the wrapperModule will import and define the dependencies of the other modules
 - no module (with the exception of the wrapperModule) will have dependencies of other modules

## the wrapper Module /lexpatia/mod_wrapper/:
 - the SCSS formatting for the common theme will be in the mod_wrapper/SCSS/ directory
 - unifying fct is the js function docReady.js -- will be in the mod_wrapper/JS/ directory
   - docReady.js will be called in the index.php file
   - docReady.js will have the following functionality:
      - import the dependencies of the other modules

## the landing page Module /lexpatia/mod_landingPage/
 - the landingPageModule js and scss files will be in the directory mod_landingPage/JS and mod_landingPage/SCSS:
 - is the omnipresent table which will display the data gathered every 2 minutes
   - each row in the table represents a ticker symbol and has a link to the dashboard for that ticker symbol
- the landing page data will be updated every 2 minutes by fcts in the dataMngr_Module
- the landingPage will be dimmed or clouded or veiled slightly when a dashboard or other modal is overlayed.
- the landingPage js functions will be in the directory mod_landingPage/JS/
- the landingPage scss files will be in the directory mod_landingPage/SCSS/

## the data manager Module /lexpatia/mod_dataMngr/
- the dataMngrModule js and scss files and PHP files will be in the directory mod_dataMngr/JS and mod_dataMngr/SCSS
- the dataMngrModule will be responsible for gathering data from the API and updating the landingPageModule and the Repository
- the dataMngrModule will be responsible for updating the landingPageModule every 2 minutes

## the dashboard_ Module /lexpatia/mod_dashboard/
 - the dashboardModule js functions and SCSS files for the dashboard will be in the directory mod_dashboard/JS and mod_dashboard/SCSS
 - it will generate a dashboard for a specific tickerSymbol when called (selected) from the equity row in the table landingPage 
 - the data in a dashboard will not be updated until the specific dashboard is generated.
 - when called a dashboard will be generated as a modal or overlay and its data updated from the Repository. 
 - The dashboard will be dismissed when the user navigates away or clicks outside the dashboard area and teh landing Page restored to its original theme
 but will share a common theme.or the landingPage & dashboard modules will be
