fundamental background information:

lex-opt should be scalable and extensible

	1. no external libraries will be needed or included
	2. only use plain vanilla javascript
	3. use the directory /var/www/html/lex-opt_2.00
	4. the root directory lex-opt_2.00 has the following sub-directories
		- JS
		- JSON
		- CSS
		- PHP
		- textnotes
	5. all formatting will be done using SCSS & CSS
	6. all SCSS and CSS files will be stored in the directory SCSS
	7. all javascript files will be stored in the directory JS
	8. all JSON files will be stored in the directory JSON
	9. all PHP files will be stored in the directory 
	10. all text files will be stored in the directory textnotes
	
please suggest an responsive index.html file that has a layout of 3 sections:
	1. header
	2. body
	3. footer

the body section should have a table with id="table_currVue". 
	The table should fill the body section completely.  
	The table will have 2 major columns
	Each major column will have 6 minor columns
